Brian Lynch

Accomplished guitarist, singer and songwriter, Brian writes:

Found a natural inclination to rhyme

Learned some guitar, figured it was time

In Gimmicks with 12-string and harmony lead

Till Monomania rode on the new wave creed

To Max’s, CBGB’s, the Mudd Club so suitable

Discs about the everyday, yet wildly, unusual

In Strange Heroes a chance to ponder the epic

Then pause to raise family; unapologetic

The songs kept coming from the Unborn Mind

A few years craft Downtown, Saturn refined

Till the pull to find a new challenge made land

A crew known today as The North River Band

Ray Ovetsky

Ray Ovetsky has been a guitar player-performer since the age of 9, leading up to being a graduate student at the Berklee College of Music. Ray is always looking to jam, be it  Classic, Modern/ Progressive, Southern Rock, Blues, Soul, R&B, Cool Country or whatever... as long as it grooves, moves and drips with feel and style, fitting in as an expressive and creative player. Great chemistry, sense of humor and easy going attitude is always required when getting together with other players. Influenced by the greats:  Larry Carlton, Robin Ford, Steve Lukather, Hendrix, Clapton and Allman to name but a few.

Ray’s passion for playing keeps the flame lit and his fingers busy.
